Jacomo Sailing Club utilizes Regatta Hero to track and automatically score races. Each participating boat should join the race from one smartphone, which is kept aboard and transmits the boat's GPS location. Post race, your time is calculated and race results are available to everyone!

Regatta Hero Setup Instructions for Racers
1. Download the Regatta Hero app from your app store using the link or QR code to the right.

2. Select your language, follow the instructions regarding location settings, and accept the terms.
Warning: Due to the GPS tracking capabilities, this app should not be used by minors without parent/guardian permission. Location settings can be adjusted prior to each race to avoid tracking off the water.

3. Log in to our club:
Organization: JSC
Passcode: 798488

4. Allow the app to use your location if prompted. Allow Always is recommended to ensure tracking through the full race.

5. Select the regatta, e.g. "Spring Series," enter your registration info (boat class, handicap, etc.) and Participate!
